THE THORNED EARL-KING VINE, indeed a King-and-Earl, a sort of representative King, or stand-in King, 
though for whom they stand in for I am unsure...  However, many spirits occupy a spot in King Vine's court.

Instead of the usual spheal of attributes and experiences, I have created a greater work of art with this spirit:

This story has been the product of a year spent in mourning, for the rotten garden that needed uprooting.

I let this transmutation of blood into art speak the Jarl-King's teaching.
